We try to provide the same cleaners for each visit. That means that they understand your requirements and get to know your premises. Sometimes due to illness or issues out of our control, another cleaner may cover them temporarily.
It is our goal to rectify any issues brought to our attention within 24 hours, and we love to receive feedback. We can also conduct regular inspections to ensure our cleaning operatives are always working to the highest of standards.
Our schedule is usually on a weekly basis, but we can accommodate alternative arrangements. You will benefit from our weekly clean financially as it's our most cost-effective option.
We will arrange a cleaner for you within a few days (subject to availability) and your first clean is usually within 7 to 10 days.
Yes. We will always do our best to accommodate you, but if we can't, we will offer you an alternative.
No. The majority of our clients give the cleaner a key. The security of your property is very important to us and your key will stay with your regular cleaner.
Green Cleaning is a sole trader business, who subcontracts to self-employed cleaners. This gives us a huge flexibility around schedules and availability. We do hold public liability insurance, however it is our cleaners sole responsibility to obtain their own insurance.
This is your choice, as you have the option to use our eco-friendly products; if you want to take advantage of this we will charge extra for the materials. We can and will provide any cleaning materials if you prefer or your personal cleaner will inform you on what is required, and you buy them yourself and keep stock levels.
We operate on trust. There is no official contract to sign, but we do advise our clients to be patient in the first month until a regular clean is established and our cleaner is familiar with your property.
We will know the timescales once we do an initial visit and give you an official quote. We can assign two cleaners to one property visit which will decrease the time, but the invoicing hours will reflect two rates.
All payments need to be made by bank transfer into our business account. The account information will be on your invoice, which must be cleared within 30 days from the date of the invoice.
Absolutely! We pride ourselves on being health conscious and try to limit any harsh cleaning materials. All our operations are considered in-depth, so you can rest assured there is no risk of irritation or harmful side effects.
We currently only operate in Northampton and surrounding areas. Most of our business comes from recommendations within about a 10-mile radius of Northampton town center.
No. What we quote is what you will pay. If there are any additional charges for example parking, we will cover those in our quote if they are considerable extras.
If any of our cleaners break something or damage your premises, we will cover the cost of a repair or replacement. Read our Terms &Y Conditions below for more information.
